1. Why haven't I received my order?
We normally dispatch all the orders within 7-10 working days. However, you may experience delays due to following reasons:
• Public holidays.
• Incorrect address given by the customers.
• Unsuccessful payment against the order.
• Occasionally, if a particular product is high in demand and we are out of stock, it may take some time for us to arrange, process or as a last option, cancel your order.
In case of cancellations for the orders who payments are made already, we will give you a full refund, don’t worry.
Please feel free to contact us if you did not receive your order after 7-10 working days.

3. How To Order
Step 1/9 - Register as a member of 3ciety !
It is free and easy to register as a member. You can click on "Create an Account" to proceed to member registration. You will only need to fill in your email and password.
You can manage all your personal information and order once registered.
Step 2/9 - Choose your preferable product
It is similar with shopping in shopping centre. If you are interested in our products, you may proceed to browse our variety or merchandise products.
If you are feeling creative, feel free to explore our “Create” tool by uploading your photos or insert a simple text of your own.
After you are done, click on "Add to Cart " and your product will be in your shopping cart!
Step 3/9 - View your order
You can view your order that you have picked to your shopping cart. Once you have confirmed your order, you may "Proceed to Checkout"
to proceed to payment & delivery information.
Step 4/9 - Enter shipping address
Afterward, you will have to fill in the all the other necessary details PLUS shipping address. If you have an Voucher Code, you may use them to enjoy discounted price!
Click "Next" to proceed to next step.
Step 5/9 - Select shipping method
We offer our basic shipping method with Pos Laju- expect your time in 7 working days. We don’t mind at all if you prefer to self-collect your item - it will still take
about 7 working days for us to process your order
We will email you with a tracking code once your item is out for delivery.
Step 6/9 - Select payment method
Please select the preferred payment method (iPay88, Bank Transfer & Online Transfer) Whichever is convenient to you!
Step 7/9 - Confirm your order
Lastly, review your order. Double confirm with your order. You may now proceed to confirm your order.
Step 8/9 - Congratulations! Your order is now confirmed!
You will receive an order confirmation email from us. Be sure to check your SPAM folder. If you opt for Bank Transfer - email us with your payment details &
we will get right to it!
After the payment is made, please email us your payment details to email@example.com
Email must contain the following information :-
· Order ID (eg: #00000067)
· Bank in Amount (eg: RM49.00)
· Bank in Method (eg: MBB cash deposit, MBB Online Funds Transfer, CIMB, Credit Card etc)
· Print Screen or Scanned Copy of Bank in Slip
If we need payment clarification, we will contact you for more details.
Step 9/9 - Delivery of items
We will proceed your order once the payment has been cleared within 7 working days. There are procedures that we follow before shipping your item out.
4. How can I get help with design?
Most design questions can be answered by our service representatives. Call us or email us, completely up to you and we will be at your service.

5. Forgot your password?
Don’t sweat it! You can click on “Forgot Your Password” and an email will be sent to you to change your password.
6. What's the minimum quantity for a Bulk Order?
We consider more than 25 t-shirts as bulk-order. For orders in bulk, price may vary depending on your design and size of order.

7. What file format should I use to upload my artwork on the 'Create Tool'?
For better results, we suggest you to upload your artwork in 300 dpi. It can either be in JPEG or PNG.

If you wish to change the design, size, print colour, print size, and/or the quantity of your order after confirmation, kindly do so immediately by contacting us.
The 3ciety team's priority is to ensure that customers receive their merchandise as soon as possible and in perfect condition.
Give us a call at 03 7611 0581 and provide us with your Order ID and the necessary details.
If your order has not been already processed by the production team, we will be more than happy to make the changes as per your request.
10. Payment options
We accept 3 types of payment method
You won’t need to create an account with PayPal to complete your payment. PayPal has a new checkout experience that allows you to checkout without an account.

You can either do an offline or online transaction depending on your convenience. If you have selected this payment method,
you can proceed with your payment to 3ciety's bank account:

• Account Number: 3195838936
Once order is placed, you have 7 working days to make payment and email your Bank Transfer slip to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your order will be processed immediately after the payment slip is received.
11. Shipping methods
Once tracking number is released, shipment takes approxiamtely 3 working days to arrive.
How much is the shipping fee? If you make an online order, a fixed shipping fee of RM7 will be charged for Malaysia.
For bulk orders, our shipping charges vary depends on the size & weight of the order and delivery location.
How do I track my order? For online purchases, we will send you a shipping notification via email once your item will be dispatched. We will include the tracking
number so you can track your order with Pos Laju Track & Trace from this link: http://poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2/
