1. Why haven't I received my order? We normally dispatch all the orders within 7-10 working days. However, you may experience delays due to following reasons: • Public holidays. • Incorrect address provided. • Unsuccessful payments. • Sometimes, a high demand product may be out of stock and hence it might take us a longer period to process the order. 3. How can I get help with design? You may email us directly to request for any assistance with design service.

5. What file format should I use to upload my artwork on the 'Create Tool'? For best results, we suggest artworks in 300 dpi. It can either be in JPEG or PNG.
6. What products can I customise? T-Shirts, Drawstring and Tote Bags, Pillows, Pillow Cases, Pouches, Baby Romper, Hoodies, Jackets, Sweaters, Board or Swimming Shorts, Tank Tops, Apron, Tissue Covers, Hijab/ Scarf, and more!
7. I want to change my order. If you wish to change anything regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please give us a call at 03 7611 0581 (Mon-Fri, 9-6PM) and provide us with your Order ID and the necessary details. If your order is not processed yet, we will make the changes as per request.

1. Pos Laju Once you receive a tracking number, shipment takes 1-3 working days to arrive to you. Shipping fee is auto-calculated depending on weight. For bulk orders, our shipping charges vary depending on quantity, weight and location.
